Dr Sangeetha Paramasivan is a Research Fellow in Qualitative Methodology Research at the Bristol Medical School, University of Bristol (UoB). Sangeetha qualified as a dentist in India before coming to the UK to pursue an MSc in Health Studies followed by a PhD in Public Health.
Since 2009, her work has revolved around optimising recruitment and informed consent in challenging randomised controlled trials. She is a member of the QuinteT (Qualitative research integrated within Trials) group and the Centre for Surgical Research at UoB. She is also interested in optimising informed consent in clinical trials in low and middle-income countries.
